Also if you want us to help further than give advise you have to explain why they don't pay and what's going on. For instance, if you have 2 accounts there or your registered name and address don't match your ID card than it's logical that they don't pay. Give us the mails Betfirst send you, otherwise we can't help and you are wasting your time here..
