Betfair transfer Australian Wallet naar Main Wallet
Afgelopen zaterdag 10 euro overgezet van Main Wallet naar Australian wallet. Vervolgens een paar keer gewonnen en er staat nu 50 euro op.
Nu wilde ik dit dus maandag weer overzetten van Australian Wallet naar Main, maar ik moest mijn ID-bewijs opsturen en laatste energierekening nota.
Zo gezegd, zo gedaan, want ik heb deze standaard op mn computer staan, maar vervolgens krijg ik mail terug:

Nu maar mijn rijbewijs en mijn pensioenfonds (met username en datum van de dag) opgestuurd en weer krijg ik de mail terug.
Vervolgens woensdag een printscreen van mijn bankrekening gestuurd + kopie paspoort, MAAR TOT NU TOE HEB IK NIKS GEHOORD!
Vrijdag (vandaag) een mail gestuurd hoe het zat en wanneer ik geld kan overzetten en nog steeds niks gehoord!
Terwijl ik nooit eerder problemen heb gehad met betfair en altijd snel zijn met uitbetalen, maak ik me nu toch wel een beetje zorgen. Mijn Main Wallet is geactiveerd en kan gewoon uitbetalen via Moneybookers, maar van Australian Wallet naar Main Wallet gaat niet.
Hebben nog meer mensen problemen hiermee??
Moet ik mij zorgen gaan maken over deze bookmaker?? Laatste tijd zijn paar pokersites offline gegaan en is dit een vervolg daarvan??

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem, mij is het nog niet gelukt. Ik verwacht snel antwoord en zal het resultaat hier wel laten weten.
Edit: Betfair identity check is wel een PAIN in the ass. Echt het enige grote minpunt van Betfair als je het mij vraagt.

Ik heb besloten om mijn funds te layen en te backen bij Bwin. Wordt er echt simpel van.
Was vanmiddag begonnen met backen van Bryan/Bryan met tennis dat ze zouden winnen en dat die andere de 1e set zouden winnen @ 3,20 en gelayd @ 2,60 hahaha dus ook nog dikke winst gemaakt door dit. Nu alweer bijna 60 euro op de wallet staan en 15 euro extra winst op Bwin :D

Doet mij er aan denken toen ik netjes opbouwde op betfair, wou ik identity check doen om wat uit te cashen, krijg ik NUL komma NUL respons van Betfair en heb ik uiteindelijk alles weggetilt, de support is toch wel HET minpunt bij betfair imo

Mijne is alles geactiveerd, behalve australian wallet, maar het staat duidelijk in de regels van je australian wallet dat je al die documenten moet certificeren door een leraar of wat dan ook. Vond het zelf teveel moeite en heb mn australian wallet gewoon leeggespeeld door bij andere bookies te backen/layen.

Als je de eerste keer korting op de commisie hebt behaald moet je ook voor je main wallet een identity check doen. Daarvóór inderdaad niet.Op je main wallet hoef je geen id-check te doen om te kunnen uitbetalen,
